Listening and downloads

Use a working internet connection for streaming and new downloads. Completed downloads are available offline. For an interrupted download, reconnect and retry from the Downloads screen.

Talk requests and corrections

Use the request button in the app to suggest a recording. To report incorrect titles, audio issues, or content concerns, use the issue report in Settings or email us with the recording number and title.

Privacy and deletion

Email us to request deletion of a submitted request or issue report. Include its reference number where available. Clearing app data only removes local data.
